Life values

Someone asked me why I wrote how a man woulb be described by his values...I did not mean that in order to find these values you need to find a man. I believe you can find it in the whole being you are. We tend to imagine how the other looks like but we do forget that we are always describing ourselves.
So my best description would be:
Life is full and rich .There is so much sense of presence that I live each moment aware of "This opportunity". There is no space for the past, no expectations for the future and so any space for negativities. All is now.
So, I pay attention and this attention becomes admiration which turns into love because there is an urge to give more attention.
And that's can be myself, again.I guess, it becomes a huge circle where we attract followers or similarities.
That is a life I consider valuable.
